Dear  Sir :

               I  am  very  disappointed  with  one  of  your  products  and  I  regret  that  I  have  to  .....28.....  about  it.
               I  saw  an  advertisement  .....29.....  the  excellent  performance  of  your  new  line  of  teltvisions.  Therefore , on  March
30 , I  .....30.....  a  teltvision  ( model  number  xy-196 )  from  Fews  Electrical  Appliances.  The  product  was  .....31.....  to  me  yesterday.  However , after  I  turned  it  on , I  began  to  think  think  that  something  was  wrong.  The  picture  was  not  .....32.....
and  it  had  no  color  either.  I  tried  to  .....33.....  it  by  pressing  the  buttons , but  it  was  useless.  I  had  to  switch  it  off  immediately  and  I  was  extremely  upset.
               I  would  be  grateful  if  you  could  arrange  for  a  .....34.....  this  week.
